Your role

As an Operational Administrator with us at Office Support in Boliden, you will be responsible for and provide service to our employees. In the role, you get the opportunity to try out different parts where one day is not like the other. You will support with, among other things, staff care, communication, archive issues and other office support. As part of the role, you will also contribute to the management of our real estate issues. You will work closely with clients, contractors and other staff in the main office.

You will be part of a nice and lovely team of 6 employees where cooperation is paramount, a mentor within the group is available to turn to for support. You, together with the team, are responsible for office and conference equipment, the reception in the main office, mail and goods handling and other indoor and outdoor environments. The section also runs the Brukshotell and our car pool operations and manages 15 industrial properties. You will also be involved in the ongoing improvement work to develop processes, routines, working methods and to challenge yourself in your daily work based on set goals. The role is stationed in Boliden and when the opportunity arises, you have the privilege of traveling to our other locations.

What you bring with you

You have/can:

  • an upper secondary education
  • express yourself well in both Swedish and English orally and in writing
  • a driving license for a passenger car

We would like to see that you have further education or experience in a similar position. It is also advantageous with experience in property maintenance.
