Are you passionate about leadership and development? We are now looking for an operations manager for Tillredringen. As operations manager, you have coordinating responsibility for the shift law in your part of the section.

Your role involves supporting and coaching the supervisors for whom you have personnel responsibility, and acting as the connecting link to ensure good communication and a common way of working. You will be a key person in developing the working methods within the section by promoting collaboration, participation and knowledge dissemination. In addition, you will be responsible for driving health and safety issues and maintaining good relationships with suppliers and other departments.

Your tasks will include projects, such as improvement work for common routines, implementation of new work methods and routines for operators and managers, as well as coordination of machine issues, both existing and when purchasing new ones.

You have staff responsibility for six shift supervisors, who in turn are responsible for the staff on the shift team. You are part of the management team for the Preparation and can step in as acting section manager if necessary. Working hours are shifted to daytime.

Education experience

We are looking for you with high school education or equivalent skills. Education in leadership is highly meritorious.

You have good personal maturity, with a great interest in people and the development of our business. As a person, you are expected to be driven, committed and flexible with a curious attitude. You can express yourself well both orally and in writing in both Swedish and English and have good computer skills. B driving license is a requirement.

In order to be successful in the role, we see that you have previously worked as a manager and have good experience in leading staff. You must also be structured and used to working with standardized working methods and action plans. It is advantageous if you have worked in the mining industry before.
