Your role:

In the role of Operator Trainer Automation, you will be involved in creating the future of Aitik with driverless trucks. You will be responsible for training on the autonomous operation, mainly for the operators through the operator simulator in combination with training on site in the business, so-called in-seat training. You have ownership of the simulator and thus need to plan support and maintenance of the simulator with the supplier. The role also includes assisting in external contacts such as industry organizations, suppliers and study visits.

Your team:

You are part of a training team with training leaders for both autonomous and manual operation. The position is for an indefinite period and is located in Aitik. The working hours are based on office hours.

Your tasks:

  • Lead training
  • Coordinate education and training programs
  • Document and update completed training.

To be qualified for the role, you have:

  • High school education
  • Good computer skills
  • Communication skills in Swedish and English in speech and writing
  • Driving license for passenger car

  • Experience in automation
  • Technical interest
