We are now looking for an experienced payroll administrator for our office in Boliden, who wants to help ensure that our employees receive the right salary at the right time.

Your role

In connection with the retirement of an appreciated employee with long experience in the team, we are looking for you who want to take over and continue to drive and develop the work with us. You will work closely with managers and colleagues.

Your team

You will be part of a committed and supportive team, and be part of a service and control function. We produce payroll for all our employees in Sweden, from Gällivare in the north to Landskrona in the south. We value collaboration, flexibility and community.

Your tasks

Your tasks include payroll administration, reporting, and advice on payroll-related issues. Travel to our sites may be required.

  • Manage duplicate payroll payments on a monthly basis and ensure that these are done correctly and on time
  • Provide support and advice to employees and managers on payroll related issues
  • Participate in the development and streamlining of payroll processes and systems

  • You have good analytical skills, able to identify problems and contribute to solutions
  • Adaptable and comfortable working digitally in a varied workday
  • You can work independently when needed, but also collaborate effectively in teams and between different functions

Qualifications

  • You have experience in managing salaries for both collective workers and salaried employees
  • Experience working with different time reporting and salary management systems
  • Understanding of Swedish labor laws and collective agreements
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and in good English
  • High school education and B-driving license is a basic requirement at Boliden.

Merits

It is meritorious with an education in payroll administration/finance and with experience of handling a larger amount of payroll payments for several workplaces
