As a planner/preparer, you will work with the planning/preparation of the mine's electrical plant, such as transformers, switchboards, cabling, among other things, as the mine grows. • Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors, technicians, planners, electricians and other officials within the internal organization, but also with external parties to coordinate and optimize the work. Supervision is required, especially in the absence of the supervisor. As a planner/preparer, you are involved in many different work steps and parts, so it is important that you see the big picture.
  • Improvement work: Identify and propose improvements in maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Field work: Inspect equipment in the electrical plant to ensure that everything is working properly and what needs to be done.
