Your role:

As a caretaker at Boliden Office, you will carry out maintenance, service and care of the company's properties, which includes both indoor and outdoor environments. The assignment also includes fixed installations, minor repairs and other office services. The work of a caretaker is varied and no two days are the same. You will work closely with your immediate colleagues, planning and organizing your work together. To be suitable for this role, we look for a curious and committed person with the ability to take initiative and find solutions. You are attentive, accurate and reliable. We also see that you have a natural sense of service and deliver results of the highest quality, as well as the ability to create positive energy and joy in your surroundings.


Your team:

You will be part of the Office Support section, a dedicated team of eight employees and a section manager. The section works with issues in real estate, office and conference equipment, reception, mail and goods handling. The section also runs the car pool and the Brukshotellet activities and manages 15 industrial properties. In our team, we value cooperation and a positive working environment where all employees support each other.

Your tasks:

  • Supervision of our properties (both internal and external environment).
  • Management and preventive maintenance.
  • Carrying out minor repairs and maintenance work.
  • Office services, including handling equipment, coffee machines, etc.
  • Snow clearing and de-icing during the winter months.
  • Active participation in development and improvement work within the section.


Your contribution:

  • High school education with a focus on construction or real estate, or previous experience of working in property maintenance.
  • Communication skills in Swedish and English.
  • Good skills to work with IT-based tools and systems.
  • B-driving license.

It is meritorious if you have knowledge and experience in ventilation, alarms, sprinklers and boiler operator training.
