Your role:
As a Quality Engineer at Boliden Bergsöe, you will play a central role in our operations and our quest to become Europe's most sustainable and profitable lead recycling plant. We believe that continuous improvement of product quality and processes is key to our success, and your competence and commitment will be crucial in achieving this goal. The focus of the assignment will be quality and fulfillment of customer requirements. It is therefore important that you are curious, actively seek and absorb new information and understand the needs of the organization and the business. That you have the ability to see past problems and find solutions. With many points of contact, we also see that it is important that you are communicative and are skilled at building and maintaining good relationships and collaborations. As a person, you are driven, committed and passionate about working with development and improvements - and want to contribute to us being a recycling plant at the forefront.

You will be part of our Environment, Quality and Technology department - working alongside a Laboratory Engineer, an Environmental Engineer, two Development Engineers and reporting to the Environment and Quality Manager. We are a committed team that values openness and collaboration. We promote an unpretentious culture and strong team spirit, and together we strive to achieve our common goals.

Your contribution:
It is meritorious if you have practical experience of LEAN, Six Sigma, WCM or equivalent. We would like to see that you also have knowledge and experience of working with ISO 9000/14001/45001/50001-certified management systems, and if you have previous experience of laboratory analysis in a production environment.
