Your role:
As section manager for copper production at Rönnskär, you have overall responsibility for the operation of the copper line. You will ensure that the operations run smoothly and deliver high quality results in accordance with set targets and established processes. The assignment includes personnel and budget responsibility, planning, coordination and follow-up of existing activities. The assignment also includes driving development and change work within the section, where projects are currently underway to bring together all parts of copper production in a common control center.
To succeed in this role, you need to be a confident and experienced leader who is passionate about achieving good results and promoting development. You will have experience of leading change and have the ability to create engagement and motivation through a clear vision and way forward. Your communication skills and ability to build strong partnerships are key. You are goal-oriented, structured and have a forward-looking approach, which means you see opportunities and solutions where others see obstacles. As a leader of a large organization, you have the ability to quickly get the big picture and are confident in making decisions for the good of the business. We are looking for you who have a coaching leadership style and who are motivated by developing both employees and the business forward!

The section currently consists of about 200 employees who together work with production in the copper line. Your immediate team consists of 16 direct reports working as unit managers, engineers and technicians. You will report to the Production Manager.
