Your role:

Do you want to lead and develop the maintenance work in Sweden's deepest mine, Renströmsgruvan? As Section Manager for Maintenance, you are responsible for our mobile machinery, fixed installations and storage departments, both above and below ground. Here you work with the development and follow-up of strategies, working methods and routines with the goal of ensuring the highest safety for our employees and a top-class plant availability.In addition to the local work in the mine, you will also participate in our joint maintenance development for the entire Boliden area. In your role as Section Manager for Maintenance, you are expected to have a coaching leadership style that inspires and enthuses the team.

Your team:

The team you will lead consists of four people of which two are supervisors and two preparers/planners and you will report to the section manager. You will also be an important part of the local management team at Renströmsgruvan.

Your tasks:

• Lead and follow up the maintenance work within the section. Work with continuous improvements and maintenance development and maintenance plans.
• Follow plans and strategies, achieve targets and manage the budget.
• Strive for operations to be planned and analyzed, with continuous improvements based on maintenance data and outage statistics.

Your contribution:

• University or college degree in machinery/plant/maintenance or similar.
• Experience in management and technical understanding, preferably from mining industry, industry, paper mill
• Experience in maintenance and maintenance management, maintenance development.
• Experience of working with continuous improvement
• Knowledge in finance is a plus
• Not afraid of contact with both internal and external partners
