We are now looking for a shift supervisor with an interest in technology and leadership. As our Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our fleet of machinery - one of Europe's most unique - runs smoothly.

The position includes responsibility for planning staffing, skills development and rehabilitation of the subordinate staff. It also includes driving active safety and work environment work and promoting cooperation between production and maintenance. As the role is a senior position, it includes responsibility for developing skills, processes and procedures in your own area. You will also run and conduct daily meetings in a systematic way, and work with loss elimination.

Education/Experience

We are looking for you who have a technical secondary education and practical experience in maintenance and repairs in heavy industry. You should have leadership experience, be goal-oriented and have good IT skills. Fluency in Swedish and English is a must, and knowledge of Maximo is considered an advantage. A B driving license is a requirement.

As a person, you are positive, unpretentious and communicative. You have a natural ability to cooperate and adapt to different situations. You are a leader who can coach and delegate, while being results-oriented and grounded.
