Your role:
In the role of Shift Manager for Rock Transportation, you represent the employer in the form of leading and developing the business and your employees. You work actively to develop the organization and working methods by encouraging cooperation, participation and knowledge sharing. As a Shift Manager, you will also actively promote health and safety. You have personnel responsibility for one of our shift teams working in the Mountain Transport group. This includes planning staffing, goal discussions, skills development and rehabilitation.
Your team:
You are directly subordinate to the Operations Manager for Transport, Annika Järnroos, together with 4 other Shift Managers. As a Shift Manager for Transportation, you will work in close cooperation with the Shift Manager for Loading and the Production Manager for the same shift team. The working hours are based on shifts with morning, afternoon and daytime.
