Your role:

As a Supply Technician at Rönnskär, you will have a key role in the central supply processes of the business. This includes ensuring the availability and balance security of the stored additives that Rönnskär handles. In the assignment, you will also be responsible for actively initiating and driving storage optimization within the section and supporting other functions, projects and improvement groups. As a technician in the storeroom, you have great freedom and confidence to plan the daily work independently and in close cooperation with the other group and section manager. Your team:

As part of the Storage and Building section, which today consists of 35 employees, you will be part of a team that values collaboration and development. In your role, you will actively collaborate with colleagues within the team, the section, other departments as well as with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Your tasks:

  • Drive and develop the processes of the depot, including mobility, depot optimization and standardization.
  • Responsible for the inventory process, progress and balance security for the warehouse's articles (about 24,000).
  • Coordinate and quality assure processes for bulk articles through purchases, contracts, forecasts and call-offs.
  • Represent the section in audits in inventory management and emissions trading, CO2/EU-ETS.


Your contribution:

  • Relevant education in technology/maintenance, economics or similar (at least 3 years of secondary education).
  • Several years of experience in similar positions, for example as a buyer, technician or engineer, perhaps in warehousing, inventory management, goods flows or logistics.
  • A basic technical interest.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
  • Good IT skills.
  • B-driving license.

It is an advantage if you have training or experience in purchasing, procurement and project management.
