Job duties

You will have personnel responsibility for inspectors who are collective employees and preparers who are civil servants, a total of six people. Your role involves leading, coordinating and developing the work within the team. You will work closely with other functions in the department, supervisors in the forklift workshop and contractors. As this is a new role in the department, part of your initial work will focus on creating structure and routines to streamline and improve work processes. One of the goals is to reduce urgent maintenance work and increase the proportion of planned jobs. You will be responsible for staffing planning, skills development and rehabilitation, as well as being a driving force in our safety and work environment work. Working hours are shifted to daytime.

Education experience

We are looking for someone who has a technical high school education and practical experience in the field. You have an interest in leading people and we would like you to have previous experience as a leader. Basic computer skills are necessary and experience of working in Maximo is advantageous. You need to have knowledge of Swedish and English and hold a B driving licence.

As a person, you have good social skills, are positive, unpretentious and communicative. You have a natural ability to collaborate and adapt to different situations. You are a leader who can coach and delegate, while being results-oriented
