Join us and drive change for future generations.
Your role
As a supervisor in real estate, you are responsible for a group of employees, within construction, plumbing and ventilation, who are daytime workers.
In the role of supervisor, you will lead and distribute work based on daily pulse meetings, work with development in terms of planning, technical issues, inspection rounds, inspections and various auxiliary systems. Together with the employees, you develop, for example, SOPs / work descriptions for recurring work, perform safety work by initiating risk analyzes and safety rounds for the work group.
Work with work orders takes place in our maintenance system, Maximo, where the daily and ongoing maintenance work is managed.
Your assignment includes holding workplace meetings, goal and development discussions, and customary personnel issues. Working hours are scheduled for daytime. Standby duty and travel may be required. The position is directly subordinate to the section manager.
Your contribution
We see that you have an upper secondary education with a focus on construction, plumbing or ventilation.
For us, it is important that you have a few years of practical experience in the field, preferably in the heavy process industry. We see experience from a previous management position as an advantage. You have good computer skills and you have an easy time learning new systems. It is meritorious if you have previous experience from Maximo.
You should have good communication skills and be a problem solver who likes to work with continuous improvements. Leading groups and contributing to your employees' development is a natural part for you. To succeed in the role, you are driven, responsible and independent and have good collaboration skills.
Swedish and English in speech and writing are a requirement, as well as a driving license at least class B.
