Your role:
As a Systems Coordinator for Maintenance in the Boliden Area, you will play a key role in ensuring that our maintenance systems are up to date and contribute to efficient maintenance work. Initially, you will map the current situation, identify needs and plan how the work should be organized. You will then be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records and supporting the use and development of our systems together with superusers on site. Your input will contribute to improving the operational safety of our mines and concentrators.
Your team:
You will be part of a dynamic team of section managers, supervisors, engineers and specialists. You will report to the Boliden Area Maintenance Manager and work closely with users and superusers on our sites and system owners at Gruvstaber. Together we work to create a safe and efficient working environment.
Your tasks:
- Keep asset records up to date together with site users
- Document business requirements for purchasing, storage and maintenance
- Coordinate system information, system customizations and system updates
- Advise on improving the management of maintenance systems
- Provide system support and training to users.
- Responsible for tickets and permissions in systems
- Participate in various projects within the Boliden area as an expert
Your contribution
We are looking for you who have an MTO perspective (Human - Technology - Organization) and understand the interaction between these in complex and safety-critical environments. You also have/are:
- High school diploma, preferably further education in maintenance or systems
- Experience working in systems as a user/superuser, administrator or developer
- Good understanding of maintenance work and work processes
- Educational with communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze, structure and take initiative
- Fluent in Swedish and professional English
- B-driving license
