Your role:

In the role of Technician, you mainly work to make major repairs of our excavators and drills go together. You will do this in close cooperation with the department's preparers and planners in order to both obtain the right materials and set up a schedule for the maintenance stop. Since the technician has the major responsibility and acts as project manager over maintenance stops, continuous documentation is included in order to be able to write the stop's final report in the final phase, but also lead employees who work more hands-on in the repairs.

Your team:

You will work in a committed team of 3 employees where cooperation and responsibility are key values. The position is a permanent position. Working hours are during the day but may vary during maintenance stops.

Your tasks:

  • Inspect before maintenance stops and create work orders and decide which spare parts to order
  • Order machine resources, crane trucks, tractors and the like
  • Booking up external contractors and producing documentation for staffing booking
  • Creating and developing work instructions in the Maximo maintenance system
  • Responsible for the economy and that the established budget is kept
  • Conduct risk analyses if necessary
  • Lead other employees during the stops
  • Produce detailed maintenance report and final report after the stops
  • Evaluation and follow-up meetings after the Maintenance stop execution.

To be qualified for the role, you have:

  • High school education
  • Experience with heavy machinery and / or mechanical knowledge
  • Communication skills in Swedish and English
  • Driving license for passenger car

It is meritorious with leadership experience. If you have experience of various maintenance systems (spare parts systems), this is also an advantage.
