Your role:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible, along with other staff in the group, for shipping warehouse goods, sending and receiving goods, recording receipts in Maximo, inventorying warehouse supplies, purchasing materials and services, and more. The position is a full-time, daytime temporary position until after summer 2025.

Your team:

You will work in a dedicated team where cooperation and responsibility are key values. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Trust's operations.

Your tasks:

  • Dispatch of warehouse goods
  • Dispatch and receipt of goods
  • Registration of incoming goods in Maximo
  • Inventory of storage materials
  • Purchase of materials and services

Your contribution:

You have at least a secondary education and preferably experience in the service industry. We expect you to be service-oriented and flexible, you should be able to work independently and cooperation and responsibility come naturally to you. You should be able to manage small projects and problem solving together with the team. We require that you have a B driving license and preferably experience of driving a forklift as the goods to be shipped are heavy. Computer skills are a requirement.

This is a position with varied tasks both above and below ground. You need good communication skills, curiosity to learn new tasks and be able to take your own initiative.
