Coop Norrbotten is Norrbotten's own food chain owned by us members. All profits from the stores go back to the county in the form of new stores, jobs and everything that makes everyday life even more wonderful in our part of the country. We have stores in all 14 municipalities in the county and our Service Office at Storheden in Luleå. Coop Norrbotten is now looking for an HR administrator for our HR department located in Luleå. About the position As an HR Administrator at Coop Norrbotten, you will handle a variety of HR administrative tasks and act as a support to the HR Manager and HR specialists. You will also manage other areas such as our owner representative organization and our social media. Examples of tasks: - Recruitment/Hiring - Administration of processes related to recruitment and hiring - Payroll - Contact with managers and Coop Norrbotten's payroll department in payroll-related matters - Statistics - Manage and report various forms of statistics (for example, sickness statistics) - Manage HR-mail and customer service e-mails - Responsibility for incoming e-mails being answered/handled - HR support - Support to managers within the organization in HR-related matters - Training, meetings, conferences - Book and manage recurrent meetings, conferences and training - Owner representative organization - Ongoing contact with owner representatives, planning of activities, follow-up and management of remuneration - Office administration - Management of office supplies, sports tickets and pool cars - Intranet/screens - Posting and updating information on intranet and screens in store/office - Social media - Manage Coop Norrbotten's social media accounts and post posts/updates The position is a full-time position with monthly salary for one year. Start as soon as possible. You are located in Luleå (Storheden). Who are you? You have a relevant academic degree in HR and preferably one or more years of experience in HR administrative work. You are structured, thorough and often ahead of the game. With good communication skills, you are able to build relationships with others. You are used to managing multiple tasks in parallel and are good at prioritizing your work. You are used to a fast pace, work in a solution-oriented way and always strive to deliver with high quality. You have worked in different types of systems and are also able to familiarize yourself with new systems. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing and a B driving license. It is an advantage if you have experience of Hogia and the time accounting system Quinyx.
