Are you the one? Do you want to lead and develop Coop Norrbotten's marketing communication?
We are looking for a marketing coordinator who wants to contribute to our growth through strategic and operational marketing.
As a marketing coordinator at Coop Norrbotten, you will be a key person in our sales organization and report to the sales manager. You will be responsible for planning, producing and publishing materials as well as following up on our marketing activities and ensuring that our communication strengthens our brand and drives sales.
Main tasks of the position
- Marketing planning:
Develop and implement annual media plans.
- Campaign management:
Develop and execute campaigns across channels, from print to digital platforms.
- Social media:
Responsible for Coop Norrbotten's social media presence - from idea to publication, as well as training internally.
- PR & Sponsorship:
Implement PR activities and sponsorship efforts that strengthen our brand.
- Content Production:
Ensure content for our reports, website and other publications.
- Follow-up:
Evaluate impact of activities and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.

- Proven track record of successful marketing and profit responsibility, preferably in retail.
- Skills in digital marketing, PR and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to lead improvement efforts with a proven track record.
We are looking for someone who is business-minded, creative and organized. You have strong analytical skills and are adept at linking strategic objectives to operational actions. Collaboration and communication skills are essential, and you enjoy working both independently and in teams.
You are:
- Results-oriented and open to change.
- A good communicator both verbally and in writing.
- Structured with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The service is permanent full-time and you are located at Coop Norrbotten's office. The service also involves travel within and outside Norrbotten. Selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the deadline.
