Are you a service-oriented person who loves sales? Then you might be the right person for us at Stora Coop Kiruna! We are looking for you who are positive, driven and passionate about giving our customers the best customer service in the industry. Customers in our stores should be met by friendly staff, good goods at good prices, food inspiration and interesting events. As sales support, you are responsible for the communication of goods in the store so that all parts of the store give an attractive impression to customers. The position involves ongoing responsibility for exposure and signage of gables, squares and other sales areas. You also have a coordinating responsibility for product demonstrations and Smaka på Coop. You will also be part of the store's on-call team. Your work includes:- Creating a selling and inspiring environment in the store- Following up on margin crowns on gables and other exposures- Initiating and driving various initiatives to improve profitability and results- Working actively to ensure signage and advertising material- Actively contributing to compliance with Coop's sustainability policy The position is permanent for 38.25 hours per week. Selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the deadline. You are creative and not afraid to try new ways in your work. Furthermore, you like to work in a constant development, see and act from the whole store.
