The role of Store Manager As a Store Manager, you're the natural leader who coaches your team, sets an example and shows the way forward. You will, among other things, work with customer satisfaction, sales, operations, results, staff and change work in the store. You who step into the role of store manager have a great opportunity to drive improvement work together with your team and you have the ultimate responsibility for developing your store towards a good result. This includes being responsible for the budget and business plans as well as sales activities that belong to it. You will be responsible for the working environment and personnel of around 10 people. You are responsible for employee interviews, onboarding, skills development, quality work, following processes and ensuring that Coop's sustainability policy is followed. You are also a culture bearer, by which we mean that you do not only work for Coop, you work for the whole of Norrbotten where our stores contribute to smaller towns living. Who are you? - Secondary education is a requirement - Post-secondary education or university is an advantage You should have broad experience and skills in the retail sector. We would like to see that you have previously had personnel responsibility, with good results. If you have experience of improvement work, it is an advantage. You must be a creative person who thinks a little differently and dares to try new solutions and that you can easily get others to join you towards the same goal.
