COOP Norrbotten develops, owns and manages retail premises around the county. This mainly involves 40 COOP stores and 20 external tenants. The total area is 100,500 square meters divided into 77,500 square meters of owned store premises, 17,500 square meters of leased store premises and 5,500 square meters of external tenants. The property department at COOP Norrbotten has overall responsibility for the properties, property management and development of existing and new stores. About the position In the role of Technical Property Manager, you are responsible for property management with a special focus on technical issues in construction and installations where you become an expert. The geographical area is Norrbotten County where you are also responsible for monitoring and analyzing energy consumption, proposing and implementing energy-saving measures and ensuring that laws, environmental and regulatory requirements are met. The perspective is to give our stores the best possible conditions, the real estate department is there for them! Examples of tasks: - Manage Property Management that is outsourced - Follow up and analyze energy use - Follow technological developments and drive implementation of new technologies - Keeping up to date with laws and regulations and monitoring energy and building development issues - Plan, procure and implement maintenance and refurbishment of stores and installations, energy efficiency projects, etc. - Acting as an expert in new construction projects, especially with regard to installations The service is permanent full-time with a fixed monthly salary and the workplace is located in Luleå at COOP Norrbotten's Service Office with regular travel within the county. Your profile To take on this role, you will need a good knowledge of technical installations in buildings, in particular refrigeration and ventilation, as well as building engineering issues. You need to have concrete experience in the technical operation of buildings and knowledge of contracting and understanding of the regulatory framework. As a person, you are responsible, organized and have good problem-solving skills. Your personal qualities are very important and you will need to be able to work well with colleagues, store managers, tenants and suppliers. Requirements: - High school diploma or college/university degree in technology with a focus on real estate, or work experience in the industry minimum 5 years. - B driving license - High IT maturity Experience in building systems and building technology and/or just curiosity about new technologies is positive.
