As an IT archivist, you will be an important contributor in raising the archival perspective in the organization, and will be part of a team of committed and knowledgeable colleagues. An important part of the role will be conducting process mapping and creating governance documents for documentation management. The Document Center department in the Organization and HR division currently consists of 5 skilled employees who all work to ensure "the right information is available when the organization needs it".
- The most important tasks that await you:
- Maintain operational tasks assigned to the document center (handling of physical and digital mail; registration in IFS, quality assurance of records, etc.)
- Contribute to implementing internal control for documentation management as an integral part of management and governance
- Contribute to providing training in the use of document management systems and documentation management in the Group
- Contribute to the digitization and automation of documentation management
- Contribute to the efficient and correct use of document management system(s)
Who are you?
