As a senior product engineer, you will have a central role in the management and development of existing products and services within networks, security and IoT for our business customers. You will be part of an innovative competence environment with great ownership to further develop today's digital solutions for the benefit of society.

You will have a key role with personal and professional development opportunities through leading agile product teams. In the role, you will be a natural link between network technicians, system developers, product developers and our more operational departments such as operations, sales and support.

The workplace is in modern premises at Fakkelgården in Lillehammer, and we also facilitate a home office.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop services within networking, security and IoT
• Drive multidisciplinary product teams and be the technical link between product owner and technical resources
• Be a technical resource towards pilot customers and key customers
• Follow up and ensure quality of services we deliver, both internally and towards external service providers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, such as networking/operations/development
• Experience with technical architecture and design of services and products
• Competence in one or more of the areas of networking, cybersecurity, system development or product development
• Preferably experience from product development environments

You know yourself as a professional with a good understanding of technical trends and can translate this in practice into new or improved products and services. You are also able to communicate this to other professional roles in an appropriate manner. In addition, you may have a commercial flair that you use to further develop new quality products for our business customers.

As a link between different professional roles, you have a clear ability to implement, and you are able to build good relationships. You will not have personnel responsibility, but you must thrive in the project manager role, and perhaps you are triggered by creating progress in creative environments.
