As head of operational control, you will play an important role in the further development of OT strategy and security in Eidsiva Bioenergi. You and the team will continue to build a future-oriented IT and OT platform with services that ensure stable and efficient deliveries. With you on the team, we are even more confident that district heating will reach people when freezing temperatures and security threats come knocking.

The workplace is in Eidsiva's new, modern head office in Hamar, or at one of our other locations in the region. You will work closely with our skilled operators and professionals at heating centers at Trehørningen, Gjøvik, Elverum, Trysil, Kongsvinger, Eidsvoll, Brumunddal and Lillehammer. So some travel must be expected.

Your areas of responsibility:

• Further develop strategy for IT and OT platform in Eidsiva Bioenergi
• Personal responsibility for three automation and system engineers
• Require, design and quality assure technical solutions, architecture and methodology
• Ensure proper operation and management of server infrastructure, VMware platforms, network and security solutions
• Follow up on deliveries from IT and OT operating partner, group IT resources and other relevant professional environments

Who are you?

You are someone who is driven to further develop your professional expertise in a company that delivers critical infrastructure. Your technical expertise covers both IT and OT infrastructure, and includes a broad understanding of industrial technology areas, from sensors to cloud platforms. We can't wait to hear which of these areas you are strong in:

• Operation and management of OT infrastructure
• Windows server / VMware ESXi / vSphere
• Network design and security, especially in OT infrastructure (Purdue model)
• Knowledge of Scada and automation systems
• Risk management and establishment of security barriers
• Knowledge of relevant standards and basic principles for ICT security
