Would you like to become Property Manager in Norway's largest grid company?

The Property Manager in Elvia has the overall responsibility for the management, operation, maintenance and development of the company's entire property portfolio. The portfolio is extensive and composed of both owned and leased units and includes 11 commercial properties, 280 substations, around 30,000 network substations and 40 walkable culverts. The properties are an important part of our technical infrastructure, but also play a crucial role in the working day of all our employees. In the role of Asset Manager, you will have a central role in ensuring that this interaction works.

As Property Manager, you will be part of Corporate Governance, which consists of the Procurement, Property, HSE, Information Security, Investment, Legal, Quality and Finance departments. The role will be part of the Corporate Governance management team and reports to the Deputy CEO.

Your workplace will be our new beautiful head office in Hamar, alternatively, attendance at our office in Oslo can be considered.

The most important tasks that await you:

  • Overall responsibility for the management, operation, maintenance and development of Elvia's overall real estate portfolio
  • Forecast and performance responsibility for the department's area of responsibility
  • Personnel management for the department's 10 employees
  • Interaction across the company and externally

Who are you?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in real estate, construction or equivalent formal qualifications in the field
  • Some years of management experience in real estate operations from a major player
