As Head of Information Security (CISO) at Eidsiva Energi, you will play a key role in strengthening and further developing the Group's work with information security. The position is part of the management team in the Digitization and Technology department, and will give you an important position at the intersection of technology and security.
The role has a two-part responsibility:
You will be responsible for leading and further developing the work with information security related to the IT services provided by the parent company, Eidsiva Energi
In addition, you will have a group-wide responsibility for coordinating and driving the development of information security work across companies and business areas throughout the Eidsiva Group
The Eidsiva Group is organized so that the parent company provides common administrative IT services to all subsidiaries. At the same time, each subsidiary is responsible for IT and security that is closely linked to its own business. This gives you an exciting and varied working day, with a broad contact surface and close cooperation with the IT and security environments throughout the Group and external partners.
Workplace is primarily Hamar, but with the possibility of working partly from Oslo if desired. Some travel between our locations in Innlandet will also occur. We focus on physical presence and collaboration, combined with flexibility in the role.
Some of the most important tasks that await you:
Ensure robust protection of IT solutions and take overall responsibility for information security in collaboration with the companies in the group and with the group-wide operating supplier.
Further develop and manage Group-wide guidelines and policies for information security - set direction and ensure comprehensive management of information security across the Group.
Lead and drive work on risk management and emergency preparedness in the parent company - from risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to contingency plans, exercises and crisis management.
Build a strong security culture - raise awareness throughout the organization and be a clear driver for good security behavior.
Follow up compliance and maturity - measure, monitor and follow up that safety requirements and guidelines are complied with in practice, and ensure continuous improvement.
