Description of activities

The home care service performs individually needs-tested interventions in the form of service and personal care in ordinary housing. The efforts should strengthen the individual's ability to cope independently and enable the individual to remain at home.

Work tasks

As an assistant nurse and contact person, you perform efforts in the form of service and personal care in the individual's home based on the quality goals that the business has, where planning, monitoring and evaluation are important elements.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have education, experience or interest in working in health and social care, have a positive outlook on life, are flexible and careful. You must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in the Swedish language. Driving license required

Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.

Strong emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We prefer male applicants as we strive for gender balance.

Other information

Currently temporary employment in the Home Service East, mobility within arena seven: Hakkas, Dokkas and Ullatti is a requirement.

Working hours / Duration

Temporary employment of about 1 year, however, at the longest until the permanent employee returns to duty. Working days, evenings, weekends.
