Description of activities
The home care service performs individually needs-tested interventions in the form of service and personal care in ordinary housing. The efforts should strengthen the individual's ability to cope independently and enable the individual to remain at home.
Work tasks
As an assistant nurse / care assistant and permanent care contact, you perform efforts in the form of service and personal care in the user's home. We work based on quality and security for the users. The goal is satisfied users and where the user's needs are the basis for the performance of efforts. You meet the user's needs and their participation in drawing up an implementation plan. Documentation is also an important part of your duties.
Qualifications
Three-year nursing program, assistant nursing education or other education that is considered equivalent. We are looking for you who are easy to cooperate, are positive, are flexible and see the importance of good communication and good treatment of both users and their relatives as well as colleagues. Computer and mobile phone are used as a working tool and it is desirable that you have good computer skills. Your duties include documenting and communicating with various parties, which requires you to have good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Monthly salary. Salary according to agreement, salary claims are stated.
