Älvgården is a special accommodation for the elderly located at Gällivare hospital with close proximity to scenic surroundings and the hometown area. Älvgården plan 7 department Sjöfallet has 15 beds. Department Ritsem has 19 beds.

Work tasks

As an assistant nurse, you are responsible for ensuring that our users have a good quality of life by meeting their individual needs based on the implementation plans that are drawn up and based on the guidelines and objectives of the business. The assignment as an assistant nurse or care assistant also includes some administrative tasks such as documentation.

Qualifications

Three-year nursing program, assistant nursing education, other education that is considered equivalent or work experience in the field. We are looking for you who are responsible and easy to cooperate, flexible, you have knowledge in the field, interest and commitment that you find easy to translate into practical actions on the unit.You should also be able to express yourself well in speech and writing. Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
