Description of activities

The home care service performs individually needs-tested interventions in the form of service and personal care in ordinary housing. The efforts should strengthen the individual's ability to manage themselves and enable the individual to remain at home.

Work tasks

As an assistant nurse and contact person, you perform efforts in the form of service and personal care in the individual's home based on the quality goals that the business has, where planning, follow-up and evaluation are important elements.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a three-year nursing program, assistant nursing education or other education that is considered equivalent. We are looking for you who are easy to cooperate, are positive, are flexible and see the importance of good communication and good treatment of both users and their relatives as well as colleagues. You should be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in the Swedish language. Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality. B-driving license is a requirement.

Other information

Currently placement Hemtjänst Östra/Dokkas, but some mobility within arena seven: Hakkas, Dokkas and Ullatti is a requirement. We would like to receive a CV with your application. Original documents will be provided upon request.

Hours of work/duration

Full-time, permanent position. Working days, evenings, weekends. Probationary period may occur.
