Business description
Gällivare municipality's city network, dunderNET, is responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of the municipality's broadband network with currently about 3,500 connected households and companies. The city network is responsible for equipment and communication from the service providers' common connection point to connected households and companies.

Duties

The position involves being administrative support within the unit. The tasks include invoice management for the unit. Administration of agreements within the business, for example with end customers, property owners, rights of way. The service also includes administration of grant applications and other administrative tasks within the unit.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have experience in administration and invoicing. The position includes planning and administration, so you should have some administrative training or other training and experience of administrative work. It is meritorious if you have experience of working with management rights and applications for support funds from authorities.

Strong emphasis is placed on personal suitability, that you can see the big picture, commitment and ability to work independently, and ability to organize the work effectively to achieve results.

B driving license required.

Hours of work / Duration

Temporary employment on a full-time basis for initially 1 year, with the possibility of extension.
