Duties

As our new IT Technician, you will be the heart of our user support, solving technical challenges and guiding colleagues through our digital world. Performing advanced troubleshooting and optimizing our systems for the best possible performance and security. Participate in our case and incident management, where you will be a key player in keeping our support and IT infrastructure in top condition.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who value and have a great commitment to IT support and have a genuine interest in technology. You have a relevant IT education or education that the employer considers equivalent. As a person, you are a positive team player with good communication skills. We are looking for you who want to work with the latest technology in client management, networks and security and who like to learn and develop.

Additional qualifications:

• Documented experience in IT support or infrastructure
• In the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
• Have a B driving license for manual transmission
