The work in the preschool is a challenging, exciting and creative job in close collaboration with colleagues in teams. The children will be given new challenges, support and stimulation for their development and in their learning in collaboration with preschool teachers and nurses in the department. Heden's preschool is also located in central Gällivare and consists of two departments with children aged 1-5 years in each department.

Tasks

The work as a childminder means that you, together with the team, design a safe and developing education for the children in the preschool's department. The curriculum guidelines describe the responsibility you have in the team when it comes to developing, following up and evaluating the activities and education. As a childcare worker, you are part of a team and participate in the planning, implementation and evaluation of the education offered to the children. In collaboration with the team, the children should be given new challenges and receive support and stimulation in their social development.

Qualifications

Trained childcare worker or other experience that the employer considers equivalent.

It is essential:

• that you are familiar with our governing document, Läroplan för förskolan (Lpfö18),
• that you are a confident and clear leader, are easy to take your own initiative, are positive and have faith in the children's different competencies,
• that you are interested in developing the learning environments, and by using digital tools,
• that you are concerned about trusting relationships with children and guardians and that you have good collaboration skills,
• that you use pedagogical conversations and pedagogical documentation in the work,

great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of any of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
