Mandolinen preschool is nicely located in a quiet residential area in Gällivare. Right now we are at Humlans preschool as Mandolinens preschool is being renovated right now, in November we can move back into nice newly renovated premises. The outdoor environment is nice with the forest close by and nice play areas. Mandolinen consists of three departments with children aged 1-5 years.

Tasks

Together with the others in the team, you plan and implement activities. The children will be given challenges and receive support and stimulation in their development and learning based on the preschool curriculum Lpfö.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are trained childminders. As a person, you should be responsible and responsive. You are alert and want to learn new things, curious and interested in working pedagogically in a group of children. You should be able to cooperate easily and be flexible. We attach great importance to personal suitability. Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.

Extracts from the police's criminal record are a requirement.
