Description of activities
Home care services provide individually assessed services in the form of service and personal care in ordinary housing. The services are intended to strengthen the individual's ability to manage independently and enable the individual to remain living at home.
Duties and tasks
As an assistant nurse and contact person, you perform interventions in the form of service and personal care in the individual's home based on the quality goals that the business has, where planning, follow-up and evaluation are important elements.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have education, experience or interest in working in health and social care, have a positive outlook on life, are flexible and careful. You must be able to express yourself well in speech and writing in the Swedish language. Driving license required
Under the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We prefer male applicants as we strive for gender balance.
Other information
Currently placement Home Service East / Dokkas, but some mobility within arena seven: Hakkas, Dokkas and Ullatti is a requirement.
Working hours/duration
Permanent full-time employment. Duty day, evening, weekend.
Salary
Monthly salary. Salary according to contract. Salary language is indicated.

According to agreement, probationary period may apply.
