Working in the preschool is a challenging, exciting and creative job in close collaboration with colleagues in teams. You have great opportunities to develop in a creative work together with children and colleagues. The children will be given new challenges, support and stimulation for their development and in their learning in collaboration with preschool teachers and nurses in the department.

Gällivare municipality is undergoing a major social transformation. Come and join us on this exciting journey! Hedens preschool is also located in central Gällivare and consists of two departments with children aged 1-5 years in each department.

Work tasks

As a preschool teacher, you take responsibility for teaching in the team and the preschool with the preschool curriculum - Lpfö as a basis, which means that you plan both implementation and reflection in collaboration with the team. You also take responsibility for learning environments, have good collaboration skills, are committed and have a positive view of children and children's learning

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained and licensed preschool teacher. You should be responsible, clear and driven and have an easy time creating good relationships with students, guardians and colleagues. Commitment, solution focus, innovative thinking, interest in and ability to collaborate are qualities that the school values. Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
