Duties
50% project-employed quality developer during the spring semester 2025 who in his assignment works in the staff under the leadership of the head of administration. The mission of the quality developer is to assist with support in the work of developing security and study peace at Sjöparksskolan and the anchoring that needs to be done with students, staff and guardians. The quality developer needs to support the school management to clarify the goal image and vision of a thriving Sjöparksskolan for students and staff so that everyone feels motivated to work towards it together.
Qualifications
High school education with a social science focus or the equivalent that the employer considers equivalent. You have good leadership skills and need to be responsive, driven, development-oriented and analytical. You are good at reflecting in collaboration with others, can work in groups and also have good ability to work independently. You have very good oral and written communication skills. Experience of a process-oriented approach and working in a politically governed organization, as well as experience as a school leader, is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
