Gällivare's primary schools are located both in the center and in the countryside. The schools vary in size and are nine in number. There are 8 headmasters and three deputy headmasters, distributed among the schools. Recruitment is a key area for the principals that they now need support in, recruitment applies to teachers, class mentors, student assistants.

We are now looking for a recruiter who will support the principals in the recruitment work at Gällivares primary schools. Are you the person we are looking for?

Duties

In the role of the Recruiter, you will work with all the Principals to understand their needs. Requirement profiling, designing advertisements and then advertising in different channels based on the principals' requests. You will process applications, make a selection of candidates, first interview with candidates and reference checks, as well as the administrative work around the recruitments. The service may in the future also include recruitment to the preschools.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with a university degree in behavior / personnel or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Experience of working with recruitment is a requirement and if you have experience of recruiting the target groups, it is an advantage. As a person, you need to be social - easy and enjoy making contact with people. In the role of recruiter, you need to be self-motivated and used to managing the recruitment process. You should be able to collaborate with principals and different professions. You have a good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written, We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

We consider it a merit if you have:

• Experience from Gällivare's recruitment process
• Experience of working in recruitment systems
• Experience of working with employer branding
• Experience of working in public operations

In the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
