Description of activities

Myranskolan is a compulsory school with around 150 pupils from preschool class to year 6. Myranskolan is located in the middle of Koskullskulle, 10 minutes from the center of Gällivare with nature around the corner.

Work tasks

As a student assistant, you will be involved in planning around the student's school day at Myranskolan's primary school. You will be part of the team around the class. You will work in close collaboration with the mentor, student health and leisure staff to plan and implement teaching that will enable a good learning environment for the student / students. You are a support and guide for the students and will stimulate students in need of special support for learning, development and independence. Cooperation with guardians is important and you will have a dialog about the students' learning and development.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with upper secondary school qualifications. You should have a present and responsive approach to students' different needs, be a clear leader and have good collaboration skills. You are independent, responsible and able to take initiative. We attach great importance to personal suitability Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
