The needs of the home care service are growing and therefore we are continuously looking for qualified staff who can support our team.
The home care service performs individually needs-tested efforts in the form of service and personal care in ordinary housing. The efforts should strengthen the individual's ability to cope on their own and enable the individual to remain at home
Work tasks
Working as a service resource with us means that you contribute to providing good service in the individual home according to decided efforts. Together we create security, dignity and participation for those we support and help. You will primarily carry out service activities such as shopping, cleaning, laundry, etc. The work may involve physically heavy elements. Documentation is also an important part of your duties
We work based on quality and security for the users. The goal is satisfied users and that the needs of the users form the basis for the execution of efforts. As an employee, you should feel comfortable and be offered a good working environment.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have a 3-year upper secondary education or education in, for example, the areas of care, cleaning, health or other education that the employer considers equivalent.
As a committed service resource in the home service, you have an important and varied work. We are looking for you who are responsible, calm and flexible. You have a genuine interest in people and are service-oriented. You know how to create good relationships through your professional treatment.
It is an advantage if you have experience of working in home care, the cleaning sector or similar work. You have good physical health.
Computer and mobile phone are used as a working tool and it is desirable that you have good computer skills. Your duties include documenting and communicating with various parties, which requires you to have a good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.
Knowledge of one of the minority languages Meänkieli, Finnish or Sami is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. We prefer male applicants as we strive for gender balance.

Working hours/Duration
100%. Currently working daytime.

Salary:
Monthly salary. Salary according to contract. Salary claims are stated in the application.
