Mariaskolan is a f-6 school with about 130 students and a recreation department, located in a residential area near the center. At Mariaskolan, the Gällivare model project is underway, which means that in each class 1-6 they work a teacher responsible for teaching and a class mentor.

Work tasks
Work as a teacher in grades 4-6 at Mariaskolan. Teaching also takes place in other grades and we service benefits after legitimation and will adapt your service based on your eligibility.
Qualifications
We are looking for you with legitimation for primary school. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and experience of working with children and young people.
Requirement for employment - extract from the police's criminal record.
In the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.
