Business description

Myranskolan is a F-6 school with about 150 students and a recreation center, located in Koskullskulle. At Myranskolan, there is a teacher responsible for teaching and a class mentor who mainly works towards the social parts of the curriculum in each class in grades 1-6. The after-school program is a complement to the school where students' abilities are developed through various forms of expression and based on the students' interests. The school also has a special needs teacher, school counselor and school nurse who work together as a team for the benefit of the students.

Tasks

You are a teacher responsible for teaching textile crafts in grades 3-6. You are part of a team and are responsible for all students' learning together with other educators in the team. You participate in the school's joint development work.

Qualifications

We are looking for a qualified teacher with a teaching license and who wants to work in a smaller unit, in a quiet atmosphere! As a person, you are responsive and create good relationships, both with students, colleagues and with guardians. In your work with the students, you are clear in your leadership. We also believe that you are innovative and interested in school development and we place great value in the ability to collaborate and cooperate. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Extracts from the police's criminal record are a requirement.

Within the framework of the National Minority Languages Act, Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for Sami, Meänkieli and Finnish. Knowledge of one of these languages is an advantage when applying for employment in Gällivare municipality.

Working hours / Duration

Tillvidareanställning, 30% - can be combined with other subjects to 100%. Vacation service.
