Business description
Puoltikasvaara is located 5 miles north of Gällivare, beautifully situated by Lake Soutujärvi. The children in our school come from the villages of Skaulo, Puoltikasvaara and Moskojärvi. Puoltikasvaara school is a small school for pupils in grades F-6, where classes consist of between 4-8 pupils. The school is located in the same building as the preschool and works closely with both the preschool and the after-school program. The school has recently been renovated and offers a very nice indoor environment.
Tasks
As a teaching assistant, you will support teaching and help with administrative tasks. You will work closely with the teachers and contribute to creating a safe and stimulating learning environment for the students. You will participate in the school's joint development work and help with practical tasks in the classroom.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who have experience working with children and young people. Pedagogical training or experience is an advantage. Knowledge of Sámi, Meänkieli or Finnish is an advantage, as Gällivare municipality is the administrative municipality for these languages according to the National Minority Languages Act.
Working hours/duration
100%, permanent employment.

According to contract.
