About the role

As a Member Advisor, you are the face of our gym. Your main task is to create a positive experience for our members - from the first meeting to their daily workout routines.

Your responsibilities:

• Welcome and guide new members through the gym's services and membership.
• Create tailored solutions to suit each member's needs and goals.
• Follow up and support members to ensure their well-being and development.
• Contribute to a positive and inspiring atmosphere in the gym.
• Active work with the sale of memberships, PT services and events.
• Work with our newsletters and social media.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are:

• Service-oriented and love working with people.
• Communicative and easy to build relationships.
• Goal-oriented with an interest in fitness and health.
• A team player with positive energy and a drive to develop.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
