About the service
As Reception Manager at Hermelinen, you are responsible for the daily operation of our common reception, which is the hub of our operations - wellness, gym and care. The reception is a central meeting place where we receive a high flow of patients and members daily. Your task will be to ensure that the reception is professional, efficient and customer-oriented, and that the work in the reception flows smoothly.
Your main tasks:
Who are you? We are looking for you who have previous experience in a similar role in reception, service or customer service. You are a natural leader who motivates and inspires your team. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are flexible and have the ability to quickly solve problems and prioritize correctly. Furthermore, you have an eye for detail, are administratively skilled and have a genuine sense of service.
