About the position

Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences has a vacancy for a permanent position and a temporary position as a cleaner at the Lillehammer campus. In the position with us, you will work in a cleaning team that has overall responsibility for daily and periodic cleaning of the college's premises. In addition, you will have specialist tasks within your own area of expertise. We are looking for someone with a certificate as a cleaning operator who can work independently and is able to take on new challenges. Responsibilities and duties

  • Be part of the cleaning team that has overall responsibility for daily and periodic cleaning of the college's premises.
  • Contribute to maintaining the established cleaning quality, as well as maintenance of fixtures and materials.
  • Use the FDV system in daily operational tasks.
  • Contribute to meeting the requirements for internal control within the operations service's areas of responsibility at the campuses.
  • Have specialist tasks that are carried out for several/all campuses within their own area of expertise or in other areas of expertise within the property department.
  • Participate in relocation processes and other projects/tasks as required

Other tasks may be added to the position as needed.


Qualifications

You must have:

  • professional certificate as a cleaning operator or be willing to take it
  • encouraging and written presentation skills in Norwegian
  • good knowledge of the use of ICT tools including word and excel

It is desirable with:

  • experience with or good knowledge of NS INSTA 800
  • knowledge and preferably experience with FDV system
  • good organizational and business understanding

Personal qualities:

  • ability to work independently service-minded
  • have good communication and collaboration skills
  • ability to take on new challenges - have a commitment to modernization and innovation

The assessment of which candidate is best qualified will be a comprehensive assessment of education, experience and personal suitability, in addition to motivation and other qualification requirements as formulated in the ad text.

The position and associated tasks must be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations for government employees, including the Act on Control of Exports of Strategic Goods, Services and Technology, etc. Candidates who, after assessment of the application and attachments, conflict with the criteria in the latter act, will not be able to take up the position at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences. Necessary approvals must be maintained throughout the employment relationship."
