The positions are organized under the Faculty of Education's Center for Lifelong Learning (SELL-LUP). The center has 20 employees who make up around 16 full-time equivalents. SELL-LUP mainly works with externally funded school- and kindergarten-based competence development. In addition, SELL delivers teaching in the faculty's study programs and further education offerings, and participates in relevant research, publishing and dissemination activities.
SELL-LUP will, in collaboration with owners and authorities, in Inland Norway and nationally, help managers and employees in schools and kindergartens to further develop competence and interaction for the benefit of children and students' health, well-being and learning.

Through a research approach to its own activities, SELL-LUP develops knowledge that is shared in varied formats, with the intention of learning for everyone who is concerned with school and kindergarten development, regionally, nationally and internationally.
The vacant positions will be responsible for working with guidance and development processes with partners in municipalities and county councils, kindergartens and schools.
During the fall of 2025, a commission will be established for competence assessment of all positions at SELL for placement in professional position codes.
Central tasks for employees at SELL-LUP are to contribute to interaction in various ways in organization-based competence development, both through the development of digital materials, through participation and leadership in networks for schools' and kindergartens' development actors, and through direct follow-up of management and staff at the units. As a process supervisor, you will interact on educational development processes with owners, managers, teachers, skilled workers and other employees, as well as with municipal and regional support services.
You must be able to lead the university college's projects in a good way, both in terms of academic content, interaction and administrative follow-up, and in evaluation and research.
The work tasks require flexibility in working hours, and involve travel.

The assessment of which candidate is best qualified will be a comprehensive assessment of education, experience and personal suitability, in addition to motivation and other qualification requirements as formulated in the ad text.
The position and associated tasks must be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations for government employees, including the Act on Control of Exports of Strategic Goods, Services and Technology, etc. Candidates who, after assessment of the application and attachments, conflict with the criteria in the latter act, will not be able to take up the position at the University of Inland Norway.
