We expect the rector to have good organizational understanding and in-depth knowledge of the university and university college sector's core tasks and social mission.

We are looking for a results-oriented and decisive leader with a motivating, listening and inclusive leadership style. You promote a
safe and diverse organizational culture, have relational skills and develop good leaders in your teams. You have strategic capacity and excellent communication skills both externally and internally.
