We are looking for you who are a student or recent graduate in social work, social care or child welfare education to help pull the load this summer. Other relevant health-related bachelor's degrees such as pedagogy, psychology, nursing, preschool teacher and police are also encouraged to apply. With us, you will have the opportunity to kick-start your career with exciting work in child welfare (institutions), and health and care (psychiatry and substance abuse, as well as health and care homes). There is a need for co-shifts (3 days on/ 7 days off, 4 days on/ 7 days off), as well as long shifts (12 hours) and awake night shifts. We offer flexible working arrangements, so you can adapt your work to your studies or other commitments.

It is desirable that you have relevant experience from institutional work, health and care housing and / or from psychiatry. In the recruitment process, we will have a close dialog with you to map your experience and wishes, so that we can find the right workplace for you.

The departments are located in various places in Eastern Norway. These include Oslo, Gran, Drammen, Sandefjord, Porsgrunn and Skien. You can get more information about scope, geography and needs from us during the process.

Qualifications:

  • Student or recent graduate in social work, social care or child protection (but also pedagogy, psychology, nursing, preschool teacher and police, etc.

  • Have experience of working in a child welfare institution, health and care home or psychiatry

  • Driver's license class B

  • A valid police certificate must be presented in accordance with current legislation
